Walk-in IT support is available M-F, 8 am - 5 pm at the Service Desk in room 1112Q, just to the left as you enter the Law Library (map).
Urgent requests can be submitted by phone at 310.825.4689. You can also submit a service request by emailing the Help Desk at help@law.ucla.edu or by signing in and clicking the New Ticket button at the top of the screen.
Before creating a new service request, we encourage you to click the Service Catalog button to access our list of helpful forms that can walk you through standard service requests, such as for a new laptop.
This portal also has a growing list of searchable FAQs in the Solutions knowledgebase. These supplement the many online documentation and training videos on the IT Communications Site and our Bruin Learn Help site.
